Tube End Forming

Tube Fab/Roman Engineering produces a wide variety of custom tube end forms. We work in any metal, including: carbon steel, stainless, copper, brass and aluminum.

We make our own tooling – from single form dies to fully automated/dedicated end forming machines. This shortens lead time, reduces cost, and allows us to provide custom tube end forming services.

Tube Bending

Tube Fab/Roman Engineering provides a wide variety of bent tubes. We work in any metal, including: steel, stainless, copper, brass and aluminum. We bend tubes from .049” diameter to 3” diameter, in most materials.

We make our own tooling – from simple hand bending fixtures to automatic, dedicated CNC benders. This shortens lead time, reduces cost, and allows us to provide custom tube bending services.

Tube Cutting

Tube Fab/Roman Engineering also offers metal tube and solids cutting. We provide mill length and cut-to-length tubing for customers who intend to fabricate themselves. We work in many materials, including: steel, stainless, copper, brass, Inconel, plastics and aluminum.

We make our own tooling – allowing us to offer a full line of custom chamfers and end treatments; including knurling, grooving, serrations, radius, and bullet nose tubes. We can provide different end chamfers on each end of the same tube.

We have over sixty cutting machines available allowing us to provide burr free "snap" and "rotary" cutting. We can save our customers the cost of expensive cut off machines.

We offer the following cut tube methods and sizes:

  • Snap cut tubes up to 3’ (.915m) lengths – diameters from .1875” to 1.500” (4.76mm – 38.1mm)
  • Rotary cut tubes up to 24’ lengths - diameters from .1875” to .500” (4.76mm - 12.7mm)
  • Saw cut tubes up to 12’ lengths - diameters from 2.125” to 3.000” (53.98mm - 76.2mm)

Tube Assemblies

Tube Fab/Roman Engineering manufactures a wide variety of fabricated tube assemblies. We work in any metal, including: steel, stainless, copper, brass and aluminum.

We make our own tooling – from simple assembly fixtures to automatic, dedicated CNC assembly equipment. Robotics, vision, and various sensor systems are used to provide defect free products. This shortens lead time, reduces cost, and allows us to provide custom tube assembly services.

At Tube Fab/Roman Engineering, the ability to make our own tooling allows us to shorten lead times and reduces cost.

Our staff of experienced toolmakers builds custom tooling from simple dies, punches and assembly fixtures to complex CNC, automatic feed, sequential benders. Robotics, vision, and various sensor systems are used to provide defect free products.

We utilize our years of experience in hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics to provide you with superior fabrication and assembly solutions.
