SUMMARY

Perform production processes in addition to various general labor tasks such as sorting, loading of materials, and packaging work-in-process or finished product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement Responsibilities

· Responsible for performing quality checks as directed

· Responsible for actively participating in continuous improvement through problem solving

· Responsible for manually performing various press and cutting operations, packaging, sorting, or loading functions

· Responsible for actively following and participating in the improvement of standard work

· Responsible for completion of all required production and process documentation accurately and timely

· Adhere to all ISO 14001/IATF 16949 requirements and safety regulations

Safety Responsibilities

· Responsible for reporting any machinery malfunctions or unsafe conditions to an area leader or support personnel immediately

Duties stated are not intended to be all inclusive and may require some temporary or miscellaneous work assignments as requested by their supervisor or other management.

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Ability to learn effective use of mics, calipers, gaging and other measurement devices

· Ability to read standard work documents and Instructions

· Must be able to reach competency in role within the orientation period of 180 days

EDUCATION + KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time without leaving the work area

· Required to walk considerable distances within the facility during the course work

Entry rate of $14.93 per hour.

Schedule – Monday-Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm
