ENTRY PAY: $14.93 per hour

About the Role
Tube Fab Roman Engineering is seeking a Production Operator to support daily production through machine operation, material handling, inspection, and packaging activities. This role is well suited for someone who works steadily, follows established procedures, and takes pride in producing quality work in a structured manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform press and cutting operations, along with sorting, loading, packaging, and other general production tasks as assigned.
• Complete quality checks using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection devices.
• Follow standard work instructions and participate in maintaining and improving established production processes.
• Complete required production and process documentation accurately and on time.
• Report equipment issues, malfunctions, or unsafe conditions to area leadership or support personnel immediately.
• Adhere to ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and all workplace safety requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through problem solving and day-to-day process participation.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Ability to learn and apply measurement techniques using production inspection tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong focus on quality, consistency, and accurate task completion.
• Comfort working within established processes, safety requirements, and documentation standards.
• Ability to maintain steady output while handling repetitive production tasks.
• Willingness to support temporary or miscellaneous assignments based on production needs.

Other Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to reach role competency within the 180-day orientation period.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time without leaving the work area.
• Required to walk considerable distances within the facility during the course work.
• Required to carry stock up to 50 lbs (Accommodations available).
